A one minute introduction to the Yoga On the Path Towards Wellness extended series for those with moderate to severe physical challenges. The entire series consists of thirteen episodes.  

Individual practice healing  yoga videos will range in length from 10 to 45 minutes in length. Each practice session will include easy warm up postures to more advanced ones.
